¡¡¡¡Before
studying Liuhebafa, I had an experience of learning Yang Style Shadowboxing
during 1977 and 1980. In 1980, I met Mr. ZhangChangxin and began to
learn Liuhebafa and the stand style. In 1982, I was introduced to
Mr.QiaoJiao, Mr.LuGuiyao and Mr. LiangQizhong. With their helps, I
got an elementary understanding of liuhebafa. Luckily, I was recognized
by people who were interested in Liuhebafa and recommended to the
Association of Liuhebafa in HuaiNan-a city in AnHui province. And
since 1992, I have been the secretary-general of it. After my retirement
in 1994, I set aside much time on practicing Liuhebafa and summarizing
the theories of it in order to carry forward this ancient kind of
boxing . To my great pleasure, I was entitled as the senior instructor
by the committee of the national athletic sports in 1997 which inspired
me to continue my work.
¡¡¡¡Then,
I will state some of the competitions and activities I took part in
from 1979,
¡¡¡¡In
1979, a group of Taiwan compatriots came to the mainland to study
¡¡Liuhebafa,
and my warm reception gave a deep impression.
¡¡¡¡In
1986, I attended the nationwide conference on shadowboxing in Xuzhou
with Mr. LiangQizhong.
¡¡¡¡In
June of 1987, I attended the nationwide symposium on shadowboxing
in Peking.
¡¡¡¡In
1989, I took part in the commemoration of Chenbo's 1000th anniversary
who was an important person in developing Taoism in Song Dynasty.
¡¡¡¡In
1991, I took part in the international symposium on Qigong and was
invited to demonstrate Liuhebafa.
¡¡¡¡In
1992, I took part in the 14th international symposium of medical committee
in ChangChun-a citiy in Jilin province and publish my paper.
¡¡¡¡In
1997, I was invited to HuaiNan athletic college to teach martial arts.
¡¡¡¡In
1998£¬
on behalf of the Association of Liuhebafa, I gave a warm welcome to
the delegation of people who came all the way from the United States.
Since they were enthusiastic in learning Martial arts, I taught them
some of fixed actions.
¡¡¡¡In
1999, I went to St. Petersburg of Russia to enter an international
competition.
¡¡¡¡In
2002, the vice-chairman of the association of Wu style shadowboxing
in London and his two colleagues came all the way to Shanghai to learn
Liuhebafa from me.
¡¡¡¡During
the September and October in 2003, I went to London to initiate the
basic training and the theory of Liuhebafa to people studying in the
institute of Liuhebafa.
¡¡¡¡In
October 2004, I took part in the 2nd Championship tournament of Chinese
traditional martial arts, and my performance was regarded as the outstanding
performance.

November 2004, I was invited by the international martial arts sodality
to perform Liuhebafa in JinShajiang Hotel.
