How to practice with the mixed ball

  The mixed ball is a kind of instrument with which can facilitate your training of Liuhebafa. So don't regard it as the balls you play with. Usually, the mixed ball is made of wood or stone. Among them, those made of sandalwood are the best, the oak next, and then the marbles, the bluestones and the granites. Before exercising, the trainers should follow the way of practicing the stand styles to relax your body and have deep respiration nine times. When the channels in your body are unobstructed, then put your hands on the ball, inject "Chi" to the ball and connect it with "Chi" in your body, regarding it as a part of your body. When you train with the ball, you should turn with your waist and legs. When scrolling the ball, you should also release "Chi", which is synchronous with your strength. What I want to stress is that there is no short cut but day after day's exercises and self-reflection.
When you begin to practice, you should remember that you can't learn the next movement until you master the previous. Because the main purpose of practicing Liuhebafa is to keep healthy and prolong your life, during your practice, you should take consideration of your own body conditions. Any practices that become burdens of your body should be prevented.
